I AM HITT

So many societal expectations are put on men and sometime we don’t know how to handle it and we need support. I look at HITT as…something that can keep you grounded throughout the week until you get to that Sunday service.

Being in a group with so many other believers, other men, who play sports or who don’t play sports, who are academics… people from all different walks of life. The great thing about it is that this is a safe space where you don’t have to feel judged and it’s therapeutic — almost like therapy with people like you.

It’s been an extreme blessing to me in just how we encourage each other. It’s a safe space where we can strengthen each other with our faith and stir up our courage. We can be strong for those whose are feeling weak. It’s a place where we can intercede and I really see HITT going to the nations.
