Bryson Roache is a servant leader, male empowerment advocate, and devoted man of faith, called to serve men through the Gospel and the Transformative power of leadership.

Bryson is devoted to inspiring hope, building character, and equipping men to lead with purpose. As the founder of I AM HOPE IN THE TRENCHES INC.  and HITT Leadership Group LLC, Bryson is committed to building a generation of men who lead with character, integrity, and purpose.

He is a loving husband to Lauren Roache and proud father of their five beautiful children, a role he cherishes deeply. His passion for family is rooted in the example of his late father, Brian Roache Sr., a man of unwavering faith who, along with Bryson’s mother Dorothy Roache, instilled strong biblical and moral values into Bryson and his two brothers.

Professionally, Bryson holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Delaware State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. As a certified Leadership & Behavioral Insights Consultant, he leverages multi-science assessments (DISC, 12 Driving Forces, EQ, and more) to equip teams and leaders in both ministry and the marketplace. He bridges the gap between psychology, spiritual formation, and leadership development, helping others grow in self-awareness, communication, and purpose.

In 2021, during the height of the pandemic, Bryson launched I AM HITT—a men’s movement built as a place of refuge for those hit by life, helping men find hope, healing, and identity in Christ. He also authored his first book, “THE MANuscript: Prayer and Devotional Journal,” giving men a safe outlet for spiritual reflection and personal growth.

In 2023, he also founded HITT Leadership Group LLC, taking the leadership principles he learned through ministry and bringing them into the marketplace using TTI Insights multi-science behavioral assessments to develop leaders, strengthen teams, and build cultures rooted in character.

With a heart for community, an anointing to lead, and a story marked by both pain and redemption, Bryson Roache continues to walk out his calling: to raise up men who heal, lead, and become beacons of hope in their families, churches, and communities.
